• Can you pick me up from the airport?

  Yes! Simply notify us of your flight details and we will follow your flight on Flightradar24 to ensure we are there for your flight’s arrival.

• How long will I take to clear customs?

  We highly recommend completing your visa on arrival (VOA), electronic customs declaration (ECD) and Bali Visitor Tax prior to departure. If you have done this you will be eligible to use Denpasar Airport’s new e-gate and will be able to walk straight to the baggage reclaim. This will save you approximately 30-45 minutes of queueing to get through customs.

• How long does it take to get to my hotel from the airport?

  For the most popular areas, allow these approximate travel times:
  Uluwatu – 30 minutes, Kuta – 25 minutes, Legian/Seminyak – 30 minutes, Sanur – 35 minutes, Ubud – 35 minutes, Canggu 45-60 minutes

• What are your rates?

  Daily rates are approximate IDR700,000/day. Weekly rates are IDR4,000,000/wk. For shorter trips and periods rates are usually IDR200,000/hr. All prices are inclusive of fuel charges etc so there is no more for you to pay.
